Please guide me after reviewing the following situation:
I got UK Study Visa in 2010 and lived in London for 18 months. Before the expiry of my study visa, I have applied for HSMP. Unfortunately, I was short of finance and found an investor through my consultant who agreed to put required funds into a new account in our home country (promised to open with my name but due to huge amount cheque book etc. will be kept under investor custody) against some of the charges but he deceived and my consultant submitted fake bank statement, which UKBA could not verify and my further stay in the UK was refused in the year 2011 but in UKBA Home Office order, I was given a chance to appeal.
I discussed with all seniors who advised me to appeal and stay for a long time by delaying the case. I have filed my case but decided to not deceive UK Government and after consulting with my lawyer, decided to come back. I withdrew my appeal and left the UK voluntarily on my own cost without any deporting process.
In my order, it was written as
1) if u leave UK voluntarily then one year ban will for me for future UK visa application.
2) If u will go back on cost of UK Government, then five years ban will be.
3) if u will not go and removed at any time by UK Government, then 10 years ban.
I opted OPTION 1 and I left UK voluntarily and my whole stay in UK was legal as per their law. I never went to jail and did no crime even a signal offense.
YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PLEASE GUIDE:
The above 7 years old case will affect my Canadian PR Express entry and PR applications? I want to be honest with all legal authorities and show my all UK travelling & stay detail either Canadian Govt. gives me visa or not.
I never behaved in a dishonest manner in my whole life and regret, feeling shame upon myself due to that event.
Your response would be helpful for me to get an idea about success or failure in my application.
