My History in short:
I am 30 year old married women in India, I was in UK for 7 years on a student visa along with my husband as dependent. My initial visa was refused on the grounds of Finance & strong ties in 2002 after which I applied again and got through, then in 2009 I was refused my student extension as I was working more than 20 hours on a student visa.I was asked to leave the country voluntarily which I did in Nov 2009 along with my husband.
After that in 2012 my husband applied for Canada student visa and he got it, however I joined work on coming back and I am still working.
1) Will my UK refusals affect my Canadian Visit Visa application?
2) What are my chances of getting a visit visa?
3) Should I wait for 6 months and then apply for a dependent visa?
I am planning to visit my husband for X'mas.
I have
1)property under my name.
2)healthy bank balance($14000 CAD close to 8 lacs INR)
3)working with the present company for close to 2 years
4)parents who are retired who can sponsor me if need be.
