UK to Canada medical exam.

I am about to apply for my express entry visa as a skilled worker to work in ontario. I cant seem to work out if I actually will need to do a medical exam. I am british and have only ever lived in the UK.

The only information I could find on the canada visa site is this, which seems to say I dont as I am not from one of the designated counties and am not working in one of the designated jobs.

Can someone shed some light on this for me, and/or point me to the resources that outline this online?
