Basically I am thinking of a long term settlement in the country in which I will complete my higher education . Now I want to decide that should I choose Uk or canada ? Will Uk or allow me to settle in there country ( citizenship ) or canada ? which country is better in the case of immigration ?

Guys please help me out in this regard ...

Kay,

Both UK and Canada are similar on regards of citizenship. The process is almost the same. Both countries have the same permanent residency requirements, three years of physical stay in the country (1095 days).
With this said you will need to apply for permanent resident status, in other words you need to show both countries that you are able to maintain yourself and such. That will probably happen after you get your degree and a job offer. In Canada's case your employer can sponsor you to become a PR. In UK case I'm not that sure but should work the same way.

Both countries have citizenship test to become citizen. The Life in The UK test has to be taken by anyone that wants to settle in British borders so that might be one of the requirements for your visa.

I wouldn't know which is the best for you though. I guess it depends on which school do you want to assist to.

You can get more information from the Canada site www .cic.gc. ca or the British Border Agency site www .ukba.homeoffice .gov.uk
