UK Embassy Letter lost in the post..big trouble..what to do??

Hello everybody,

I have applied for MPNP program in Dec, 2011 and CIC received my complete application in August, 2012. On 10th Dec, 2012 the e-cas status was changed to 'In process'. Since then, I was waiting for Medical request. I had send a letter to London Embassy on 7th Feb, 2013 stating some changes in my personal life. on 15th Mar, 2013, I have received an e-mail from them saying that they had send Medical request and other information letter on 13th Dec, 2012. I couldn't believe it. I mean I have been waiting n waiting and I didn't knew that they had sent a letter 3 months back.

Immediately, I had replied to their e-mail that I didn't get any letter and requested to send again.

Can anyone please tell me that how much time they give to complete Medical tests?? And how long does it take for Passport request after that??

Please help me out. Should I take any further step or just wait for their reply.

Sometimes they give 30 days , 60 days and in some cases they dont give a timeline at all
I think you have to keep contacting them by sending emails

I had sent them an e-mail on 15th immediately after I got their reply. I have replied to the same e-mail id that they have used. Hope they have got it, I haven't got any bounce mail.

Now fingers crossed, I am waiting for their reply. I know I am panicking but after all this, I think its natural.

I just pray to get the documents again.

Hi there,

I have got an e-mail from London office..they have sent me a copy of the e-mail/post they had sent earlier in December so I assume that I'll have to get the medicals done and send the fees now. They have not requested for passport yet.

They have included a medical form for me and my husband. But as such there are no other instructions. Can you please tell me what documents we have to take to the hospital to get the medical done?? I have searched CIC website also but they have written that medical instructions will be sent to you. But I am not aware of it.
