Which service was cancelled? I can still see the number on Lloyds Bank website.

The request for a personal letter. The branch manager even showed me the updated policy sent out in January :(
 
There's nothing I could get out of Lloyds except raising a complaint.

I got £60 "for my troubles" and they sent me a letter stating what accounts I had and when they were opened.
The first letter I got my name was spelt wrong.
The new letter that arrived yesterday had the wrong date of account opening.

I'm hoping to get a new one and maybe another £60 this week!!

Bottom line, don't bank with Lloyds.
How did you raise the complaint and how long did they resolve the issue. I am facing similar problem and need advice
