UK 1 Year Masters : is it Valid for WES verification ?

I did my masters, MSc from reputed UK university, I dont know if my degree will be accounted for Masters as per WES.

I will appreciate if someone can help ?

My UK university masters was validated by WES so I think it should be fine

I have read in some blogs that WES only take into account 2-3 years of Masters,
Probably do you think the UK masters is equivalent to Canadian Masters ?

Actually i dont want to waste time, as you know it will take appx 3-4 months for verification by WES, if that doesn't go through, i will have to apply via IQAS, so they will again take time to get things approved :/

My UK masters was validated as equivalent to a Canadian masters by WES, I'm not sure if it's the same for all UK masters but I didn't have any problems.

Also, I'd check if your university can send a validated digital copy of your qualifications over to WES. My university did this and it made the process a lot quicker.

Same here. My one-year MSc from University of Birmingham that was evaluated as Canadian Master’s equivalent by WES.

Just one more thing to add, At the time of Convocation, we were only given the Degree of MSc, But not the detailed Marksheet.
So do we need the Transcripts to upload on WES website. ?

In that case, we would have to request the UK university to send the hardcopy to us, so we can upload on the WES portal ?
