Hi,

My spouse had an earlier EE profile (would have got a UCI number as well). The access to this profile has been revoked as it is more than a year old. We have now created a fresh EE profile with him as a dependent, and a UCI has been assigned to him. (Not sure if the UCI is same as cannot access thebearlierbaccount now). Our joint application form has a 'Immigration history and citizenship' section for the depedent, where there is UCI field. Do we have to enter the UCI assigned to him? If he does, a 'Problematic field' error pops up..

If anyone has experienced this issue, please help!!!

Did u also have an EE profile earlier?? Because if you didn't, a UCI number doesn't get assigned to you if u r d dependent

Yes. I got numerous ITAs with that profile. Eventually withdrew that profile then created another one. Tried to enter the UCI from the previous profile into the new one, got the error I mentioned in my reply above, and figured to skip it instead.
