I am currently filling out the paperwork to sponsor my spouse. Last year he was granted a visitors visa to Canada. Do we use the UCI/Client ID he was given on his visitors visa documents now for the sponsorship applications? Or should I leave it blank and they will give a new one?

Hello

I am currently filling out the paperwork to sponsor my spouse. Last year he applied for a visitor visa to Canada, but his application was refused. Should we use the UCI/Client ID he was given on his refusal letter for the sponsorship applications? Or should I leave it blank and they will give a new one? Thank you in advance
