Hi there people, I have recently created a new EE profile on 15 August since my old profile has expired...My old EE profile has a UCI number.
However, my newer one does not ask or show one. Is that supposed to be normal ? Kindly

Yes, that's normal. Your profile will have a UCI at a later stage.

I am filling my eAPR and havent seen anything like the uci, you had mentioned alter stages, when is tat or can i submit the eAPR without one?
