Hi

I have previously applied and was refused Temporary visa to Canada. In Application/profile details there is a question in Immigration history and citizenships where it is asked Has ........ applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before? if I say Yes than they ask for UCI number do I need to answer this question?
