UCI number & Province Nomination approval Certificate

Hi All,

I am writing this thread on behalf of my elder brother.
My brother got his LMIA approval in month of May and now he is waiting for UCI & Province nomination approval certificate.
So i want to know how long does it take to get UCI & Province nomination approval certificate. Also is UCI & Province nomination approval certificate necessary to apply after LMIA approval letter.

Question, My sister got her approval and visa coming to work as a foreign worker to canada but her employer in a hospital in Saudi Arabia don't want to release her yet. She need a certificate of employment to be able to get the work permit when she arrive here in Canada immigration at her port entry. How long can she not come to canada from the date she receive her canadian visa?

Please advice me. Thank you very much.

We are already desperate that she can come as soon as possible.
