UCI number is different

Hi guys,
I have applied for my study permit for 3rd time but this time my UCI number is different. I have even raised a web form 2 times but got no reply yet. What should I do?
Any tips? Because of the different UCI number, my biometric is also not showing.

I had also applied for my mother's Super Visa, and there was a typo in the name, so they assigned her a new UCI. The typo has since been corrected, but I am not sure if they will combine both UCi's.... Any luck with your application?
