UCI number for E medical

I contacted a doctor in Amsterdam to complete a medical for my dependent as part of my PR application however, the doctor is unable to locate mine and the dependent's UCI number on their E medical system, despite providing them with these numbers. Without the UCI number, the doctor is unable to proceed with the medical. Anyone encountered this issue before?

Tell the doctor you are taking an upfront medical exam for work permit.
