Your grades are little low in bachelor. This is the only week point.
Rest of the things are perfect. You can write a good SOP stating why you get low grade, your future study plans, how you gonna improve your study strength bla bla would be a good plus to improve your admission chances.

It varies from institute to institute.
People have secured admissions with such CGPAs in the past but still depend that where you are applying.
