UAE Police Clearance Certificate

Can I apply online for dubai police clearance from outside UAE (Indian citizen) and submit a PCC received on my email. Will IRCC accept this? It does not mention applicants outside UAE can apply online.

Did you manage to apply for the pcc as I will be applying for it now from Canada and would be thankful if you could help me out .I have the Emirates ID no but it was cancelled when I left Dubai for Canada in 2018

Hi. Yes I was successful at getting the PCC. If you have the Emirates ID, you just have to apply through the Dubai Police website. Not sure why the website is down at the moment, but should be a simple process once it gets up!

My Emirates ID was cancelled when I left the UAE
Would that be ok
Any other documents that I have to upload

What about the postal address and mobile no .Does it have to be a dubai one or can we give the Canadian one
