UAE Police Certificate

Hey guys - I have been through the wringer trying to get my police certificates. What is the process of getting one from the UAE? It says you can do it online but the Dubai Police portal is not processing my request. I am also calling the customer service number and nobody's picking up. It's just ridiculous.

Can anybody please let me know the process? I have a feeling that you actually can't do it online.

That's odd.. a lot of people have been able to get it online. Personally, I went to the HQ in Deira. For other emirates, you might want to call the HQ and ask the address of the station they process the requests at. The certificate was ready for collection the next day. Do take your original passport, Emirates ID and passport sized photographs. The cost was about 350 if I remember correctly.
