UAE Police certificate - help kindly advise

hello,
i have a friend who wants to apply to immigrate to Canada however he used to work in UAE and got his visa cancelled and had to leave the country before settling his debts. now immigration is asking for a police certificate. he is reluctant in apply for a PCC as he might have a warrant due to bad credit. can someone advice??

settle the debt as earliest, its a fraud that your friend has done.
How do you expect good for people who had done wrong to others.
My recommendation....help him to settle debt or improve your friends circle

No... Never...

PCC is mandatory...

This person should contact the bank and settle the payments and ask for the full and final settlement statement. Simultaneously ask the bank executive to take back their complaint...

While applying for UAE PCC, submit copy of full and final settlement along with the application.

No...

As per my knowledge, PCC is mandatory for all countries...

NO... As per my knowledge there is no exemption list for PCC. It is a mandatory document.
