UAE Online Police Clearance Certificate ( Good Conduct certificate)

Hi Guys,

I have applied for UAE PCC online on 17th June 2018 and next day I have received PCC on my Email.
However, the validity for PCC is only 3 months.

Questions:

1. Is it because they emailed me and I did an online application? Or it is same for both online and hardcopy of PCC?

2. I am just collecting documents in advance.
I think, I will receive an ITA in August. Can I still submit this document? Or I need to again apply for UAE PCC?

Could you please advice what are the documents required to obtain PCC online? Is it acceptable to CIC? THANKS
