Applied from Pakistan but processing is done in Abu Dhabi, they didn't update my biometrics and upfront medical so I contacted them and there reply was
We are currently experiencing a technical error in uploading biometrics results and the consequences are a longer processing times. Applications are treated on the basis of first come first serve. We are working on solving the problem.
We regret all the inconveniences caused. We shall contact you once your application has been finalized and/or if we require additional information. However, should you require your passport (if applicable) to travel please don’t hesitate to contact us to collect the same.
