UAE Entry and Exit Report - Requirement for Citizenship Residency Application

Dear All,
A friend of mine has contacted me today requesting me to get him a report from the relevant authority showing all his entries and exits to UAE during the past 4 years as a supporting document to his citizenship application.

He used to have an emirates ID back when he was in UAE more than 3 years ago as well as an e-gate. I also have a power of attorney from him.

Does anyone know where i can i get this from and what is the easiest way to do it?

I am thinking to go to Dubai Airport and check for him but not sure if this is the right place to get this from.

I would appreciate your help on this.

If he lived in Dubai, he can get the entry record from the main office GDRFA "General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs"

Thanks for the response. He actually lived in Abu Dhabi and his residency visa was issued from there.

I, however, live in Dubai. Do you think i can get it from Dubai or i will need to get it from the DNRD in Abu Dhabi?

would appreciate Abu Dhabi's people input on this.

The residency departments are different. You will have to approach Abu Dhabi.

I managed to get it from Dubai. I went to DNRD office in Airport T3, showed them his passport copy along with the last residency he had and they issued me a full report since his first day of entry to UAE. The charges were 130 + 40 for typing.

The report was in Arabic and they had no option to generate it in English. This shouldn't be a problem as i sent it for translation already.

I have been asked to submit official entry/exit records from the UAE.
I have never been a resident of the UAE. Have only travelled there on a Tourist Visa.
Can you please inform how you got this report?
