Hi again,

I was looking through the U.S. checklist and it says to provide phone bills between me and my spouse for proof of evidence. We live together and we don't have a landline just mobile. His mobile is a work phone and mine is prepaid so there is no history of incoming or outgoing calls. Is this really necessary?

No, it's not necessary. Just make sure you have lots of other proof. I never even called my spouse (long distance fees) once during our long distance relationship, just used Skype.

Pictures together on different occasions is a strong proof, also some pictures with a hug or a kiss is more proof.
Try to call your phone provider and ask them if they can give you your phone history of incoming and outgoing calls, they might do it for a fee. I know fido and rogers do it.

No, not necessary. Communication proofs (phone records, emails, texts etc.) aren't needed when you live together.

Prepaid phones have call records, you might be able to find this on your online account. It doesn't hurt to add it if you can find it. My spouse and I also lived together for years but we always send links back and forth using IM's, and we chat online when we are in different rooms so we had pages of that, lol.

Yeah I tried to look online and then I called the provider, they don't keep a history of prepaid, only contract plans. But I don't think it should matter anyways. We send emails back and forth.
