Type of jobs allowed for open work permit W-1 Visa

Hello guys,

Could you please tell me which type of jobs are allowed for me to work. Having now a W-1 Visa, and still not yet landed on Québec to get the paper for the open work permit.
Is it also possible to work for more than one employer with my open work permit.
