Hi I am new to the forum and would be very grateful if someone could offerme some advice please

My TWP runs out on 27th Feb and my employer has applied for a positive LMO, and the case is being assigned to a casewroker in the next week or so.
My question is - I can't apply for my TWP extension until the LMO comes through, but do I still have implied status if it doesn't come before the 27th?

Also, I have to go back to the UK from 16th-23rd FEBruary - will they let me back into Canada if I only have 4 days left on my TWP?

Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer.

Hi ,i have a friend who is ended his working permit last dec 20,2010,but still working on their company.the company where he work already applied for new lmo,so i think they waiting for approval,so my friend still working and waiting for reply.i think you have 3 months waiting for that.??

" Implied Status" applies only if you submit the application to extend the TWP before the existing one expires. As far as I know it does not apply to the LMO application as well.

hellloooooooooo i just want to ask because i am confused on how the restoration really works coz it is only for 90 days and the processing of work permit is 108 days so i just want to know if i still can stay here in canada until my work permit is granted
