You have not satisfied me that you would leave canada by the end of the period authorized for your stay. in reaching this decision, I considered several factors, including:

-your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence

-limited employment prospects in your country of residence

-your current employment situation

Please provide more info about your country , where do u work, what is ur current employment status, have relatives in Canada or not, your family at home country, where did you apply.

Food service attendant po.
Anu mga info's about me and infos of my country of origin?

there are lots of topics about refused twp in this forum..try to search refused twp in right side and you can get more info how to satisfied the visa officer..include everything in your application, your family ties in canada,if you have a relatives here, are you currently employed in your home country,if you have a business there that you need to go back for you to manage it.convince the vo that you will leave at the end period of your stay..

Your sister can apply GCMS notes for you under the Access to Information Act in Canada. You will find VO's details explanation of refusal on those notes. It would cost only $5 and take 4-6 weeks to get those notes. After that, you should rectify the reasons and reapply if you want.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/index.asp

I wouldn't suggest you to reapply without reading the GCMS notes.

Best of luck.
