Thats the email address.. just put in your subject request for AOR and File Number

Dont forget to put your full name, birthdate and LMO Nos. in your email ok...

Then they will reply with your file number on the subject field..

hello frends.....I subbmiteed my online application on October 5 BUT I did not submit my P.C because my agent is saying that no need of P.C SO PLEASE TELL ME IT IS RIGHT????????????

Ok, maybe it is fine if you submitted your apps with out NBI and PCC.
But if you are in CEM Manila, it is a must.
It is in document checklist.

No worries coz CEM will ask for it once they start processing your application.. so as a piece of advise, keep it ready with you so once they ask them to submit, its all ready.
