Good day bro, ano nga ba work mo dyan sa canada? DIrect hire ka ba or thru agency? Ano pala ung sau, did you pay your airfare? Or if thru agency, nag pay ka rin ng service fee? Kasi ung sa amin, sagot na ni employer ung airfare pero ang issue kasi, regarding sa service fee sa agency, is magbabayad yata kami if more than 10 na ung na hire ni employer. Libre sana un if below 10 kami. Ang sa LMO d ba wala nang dapat bayaran sa application if sa pilot project na category ung job like NOC C or/and D. Ano nga pala ung sa case mo? Thanks

NOC C & D or low skilled workers
- no payment must be collected by the employer nor the agencies from the foreign workers. if they do, consider that as a hoax.
- back and forth fare from your country is shouldered by ur employer.
- Processing fee (CEM application, medical and POEA or other payments in obtaining ur working visa is your part and yours alone. (total paments are around 20k)
WITH AGENCY
-ur agency represents as ur employer at the same time and its not ur employer's responsibility to pay for the processing fee. therefore the agency has the right to collect the fee from you. If they ask you aside from processing fee that nearly cost 20k in all u have the right to ask and let ur employer pay the rest like agencies service fee or whatever...
NOC A&B or skilled worker (Direct hire or with agency)
-the same with low-skilled workers that no money will be collected from the foreign workers.
-The foreign worker will pay for his/her plane tickets back and forth. If ur employer has a kind of heart they can get ur ticker going to canada but still u have to pay it on a later date. (Like my boss did to his Ukranian worker)
-processing fee is yours also.
In roman's case because he made agreement to this agent that AKA his representative then most of the money goes to this agent's pocket that serve as payment to his service. if you will look the rules above and roman is under LOW SKILLED laki ng pera ng taong ito. Skilled worker ka ba under pareng roman?
