hi pearlyshell.. eh ang hirap po kc. db normally dito sa philippines..need ng 1 month notice ang resignation. ang gusto ni employer. once n ngkavisa. mgbook n agad sya ng flight..so bka hindi ko n macomply yung 30days notice. anong gagawin ko.. hindi naman ako mkagresign dahil nga hindi pa sure ang visa..kung pwede nga lang mgresign at sbhin n iwithdraw ang resignation ko pag di dumating visa.. pra sure either way.. hehe

pwede mo nmn sabihin need mo na umalis in 15 days and advise mo n ung hr s company nyo n pag meron k n visa magreresign k n kung pwede 15days notice..hehe..ang booking ng ticket kc hindi xa kinabukasan go n hindi nmn gnun..xempre meron nmng weeks yan depende sa availability ng flight..kung matipid ang employer mo, hahanap un ng promo & ung promo mostly mga 20days p un bago ang flight mo..sayang kc pag nagresign k habang wala p visa mo.

pag ganun ang employer, expected k nya tlga kya plaging nagpafollow up sa status ng application mo..Gudluck sa pagdting ng visa mo.

email mo plagi employer mo, sbihin mo ung processing time ng application ng work permit d2 pra d nila icancel contract mo.

hindi sila ma bored sa kahihintay sa iyo. sana everything will goes well. parati rin ako nag e e-mail sa aking employer
at sinabihan ko rin sila status ng processing ng visa dito sa pinas kung gaano katagal. papadalhan nga ako ng new LMO from my employer

correct..you need to email your employer always because it is the way that your employer always remember you.As per my hubby's experience,you are the same situation,he always communicate his employer thru email..Please kindly update your employer regarding status of your application & also the atime visa processing in Manila Philippines so that your employer gonna be aware of what is happening to your application.

hope the employer will understand my situation..e-mailed him already and waiting for his answer. if applicant ako ng first week of dec, when kaya magiging release ng visa based sa computation nyo from others who got their visas already? done my medical feb 12 and i guess med to CEM is feb 19.
