TWo years MASTER of Computer Science fall in catagory 2 or not

Hello friends, help me.

I've finished BSc (physics) -3 years
MScCS (Master in computer Science) - 2 years.

now can I apply for CSQ or not. In AOT list there was written 3 years bachlore in computer science. But I've only 2 years in master , does it work or not?
