Vfs has closed its call center for canada visa.
Only way to contact them is the email id which IRCC provides when they send 2 way courier instructions letter.
Even that they didn't respond for me since 2 days.

I applied from USA on 19th May. Biometric 14th July. AIP 23rd August. And OPR and BVL received today

U received two-way instruction letter from IRCC? I applied through an agent and she did not say that. I got this information from vfs website
