Two way courier service for TRV passport submission in Bangalore, India

Hi all,

We need to submit passport for visitor visa stamping in Bangalore. Is it possible to personally go and drop off passport in VFS Bangalore or do we have to essentially use two way courier service only?
Also what is the procedure to submit the passport using two way courier service in India?
And approximately how much time it takes for passport to be returned back once handed over to the courier for two way passport service?

This is the link I used to contact VFS Bangalore. I used the chat now option and they were pretty helpful. For the two way courier service, VFS provide a bluedart pickup and drop off instructions. Again, contacting VFS is the best way to get those instructions.
The passport stamping process takes around 2-3 weeks on average.
