Hello everybody,

I need your help please. I did the TEF test in May. I had good marks in speaking, listening, reading but got B2 in Writing so i had to take the test again. I did so in august. and Now i have a problem. i had an ITA and when i try fill the online form my profile, they require the code number of the test result and as i have to test documents one as I said for speaking, linstening and reading and one for the writing. I really don't know which one to fill. Please if anyone faced the same issue i would really appreciate your help.

You can only use 1 Test result. you cannot combine.

So pick the one that gave you most points.

Agreed. You can't mix test results. You can only use the results of one test when applying for immigration.

Thank you everyone for the answer. I think i didnt explain myself well. In fact, i don't have two test.
I have the first test: speaking,listening, reading==> CLB9 and writing ==> CLB 7
So to have more points i did the writing test again, only the writing where i got CLB 9.
And i have i have two documents one for the first test including all the skills and one for the writing only that i did again.
My problem jow is that i don't know how to fill my profile.
Thank you

Are you saying that in the second test you did Writing alone?

Is that possible with TEF? I know IELTS doesn't allow that

CIC will only accept one test session as far as I remember. They will probably not accept a test where not all subjects were completed. Certainly with IELTS, it's one test of all four subjects only. You can't mix and match.

You shouldn't have taken only the writing the second time, you should have re-written them all. If you still want to increase your writing you'll need to pay for another test and write all 4 bands again because the second test you took (only writing) is practically useless.

Applicants must demonstrate that they meet the required level of language proficiency in all four language skill areas by submitting the results of an English or French language test from a designated testing organization with their application to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO).

I don't have an ITA yet so I don't know how it's like, but it seems you can only provide the test number in the language portions, so there's really no way to combine your two reports during document submission?

So when you filled your EE profile, you took your first test scores but only took the Writing score from your second try, is that it?
