Hi All,
On her online tracker, my wife received two citizenship test invites.
One between Jan 10 - Jan 28
The other one between Jan 17 - Feb 6.

But she received email only for the Jan 17 - Feb 6 invite.

Should we call the help center to sort this out? Did anyone else experience this wierd situation before?
Kindly please advice!

Doesn't seem like a big deal at all. Looks like the Jan. 10 invitation was an error, or she was merely rescheduled.

If she can't log in to the test between Jan. 17 - Feb. 6 THEN it will be a big issue.

well, then the sooner we attempt to take Jan 17 invite the better, you reckon?

We were wondering what If we hadnt checked the online tracker and simply tried to compete the Jan 17 test. But was wondering if we need to tell IRCC to fix their mistake to avoid future processing delays, if any
.

The email invitation is the main directive. If the email says Jan. 17, then the correct date is Jan. 17.

If you hadn't checked the online tracker, then you wouldn't be unnecessarily overthinking and worrying about this.

The only thing you have to do is have your wife log in starting tomorrow, Jan 17, and see what happens.

You are talking about a week difference. Not a big deal. Consider the date specified by the official email letter and ignore the tracker.
