two studan visa refusal what to do?

hello ,


unfortunately i got two student visa refusal in 2013 september intake ,
first i applied under spp program on 26 july , and got refusal, the rejection reasons are, past study is not relevant to the course i applied ,
and second my qualification background ,

second time i applied under non spp on 13 august and got refusal , insufficient financial condition . and purpose of visit,

can i apply again, what r the chances of visa acceptance,
my profile is
10th 61%
12th 57%
b.tech 63%
ielts 6.5(r7,w6.5,L6,s5.5)
having 3 year work experience business development officer
applied to mohawk college IBM course,

now which course i have to chose and which session i have to apply, please help me

is ur course Post graduate? u have already completed ur bachelors so u should go for PG or masters u have good grades ur course selection seems wrong. I am guessing ur agent recommended u this course ? u should find a PG or masters course in the field ur B tech is in for better results on visa ....also improve ur IELTS everything should be 6 or above. What financial documents did u attach under general? yes u can apply again but getting 2 rejection is not good on ur record.

if i attach this score card then what r the chance for acceptance?

and i have experience in business field thats y i applied to IBM and this is aPG diploma course

and my agent suggest me ug course , and bcoz of my experience he suggest me IBM,
and i attached my fathers ITR, and my brother and father combine income proof which is around 10 lack, but there is 10000canadian $ in GIC account, and i already pay my tuition fess

what is ur b tech in? u need 6 is all but thats not the complete reason for rejection. does those ITR make sense and can u accumulate 10lakhs if someone looks at those ITR? ur profile is good i dont understand why would u get rejection. can u show some property?

try some PG in electrical and electronics field . any property is fine it shows ties to the home country. if u have property u will most likely return to ur home country to take care of it etc. Ur bank balance seems adequate but check the below link for financial proof if i have missed

Take Loan for financial upgradation, give Ielts again and score 7 with each more than 6 , Choose program other then business related to your btech stream, Change college and do check post graduate course only

You can now never apply under SPP according to the existing rules , Its a one time opportunity.
Either you can go for University (if the school you opt i a university ) or General
