Two RCMP requests, second one also has RPRF request

Hi All,

So on 28th Sep, I rcvd a RCMP request and saw that there was one additional document upload row in my cic profile. Today I recvd another pdf that has both rcmp request and RPRF request. Now there are two rows to upload rcmp and one for uploading rprf proof. Is this normal? Are the two doc upload rows meant for two people? - hus/wife? Or is this a glitch because I thought I would upload both of our rcmp as one file.
Are there more than one type of criminal record checks? In rcmp request pdf, the links to "more info" about how to do a rcmp check are different.

Please share your experience. BTW I submitted my app on Sep 1 and right after 1 month - on 1 Oct, I rcvd RPRF.

Yes you have to upload RPRF and RCMP seperately, this is normal. No worries.
You will receive DM in few days after RPRF. Now the trend is favourable for CEC, if you are under CEC within 60 days Decision will be made.
Even I have similar timelines. All the best.

Hey. Thanks for replying. Actually I am asking about having two separate RCMP document rows in MyCIC. I have two separate rows to upload RCMP. And then there is a third row to upload RPRF proof (which is normal). Are these two separate RCMP doc upload rows for both Hus/Wife (not menationed about this on MyCIC)? I am confused because it seems I have rcvd RCMP request twice - 28th Sep and 30th Sep (with RPRF).

What is DM btw ?

Content of letter 1 on 28 Sep (contains RCMP): RCMP Criminal Record Check: If your residence period in Canada has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide a certified criminal record check. You must provide a certified RCMP criminal record check based on fingerprints. Please check the CIC website (Obtaining Police Certificates) and refer to RCMP certificates in Canada for details on obtaining a RCMP "Criminal Record Check". You will find the link below.

This must be received at this office by: 2015/11/28

Letter 2 on 30 Sep (contains RPRF+RCMP again): RCMP Criminal Record Check: If your residence period in Canada has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide a certified criminal record check This must be received at this office by: 2015/11/30.

And there are two rows for both RCMP requests for uploading in my MYCIC, mentioning deadlines too. Are both requests same? I saw people mentioning that they got two request - one for fingerprint and one for name check ?? Help out those who have any clue about this ???

Hi there, any update for your case? I think I have a similar case in my application.

My wife also got two identical RCMP requests. The first one was one week ago and today she got another one.

We're still waiting for the RCMP result once they say it can take up to 4 weeks.

Anyone in similar situation?
