dear all, I got the passport and planning to move mid june 2014

application for PR card -- do we need to fill the form seperately by all individuals or all familiy in one form

Kids immunization record -- do we need it for high schools , if yes where the forms are available

There is no PR card application to fill out. The PR card application is automatically submitted as part of the landing process.
