Hi ,

Is anyone filed two PR applications at same time in different streams - like one using Express entry and one is paper based through PNP ?

is there any issues if we have two PR applications same time?

Thanks,
K

I dont see anything wrong in doing that as long as it's not for Quebec. If you are an EE candidate, you do not intend to live and work in Quebec. So if you have a CSQ and then opt for EE, it will be conflicting.

I doubt many would do it as they would have to pay for both and if they can get EE directly, why would they pay for a PNP.

Its through Ontario PNP. I don't know if I get ITA with my score so I opted for PNP (outside EE) and if received PNP I have to file Paper based PR app (Processing time is about 16 months)..during that time if I get ITA and want to file through EE because processing time is just 6 months.

No, it's fine.
I live in Border city Lloydminster, AB/SK. I work on and live on SK side and I just received SINP. I also received ITA this month.

I got a job offer with nice pay on Lloydminster, AB side.
1) Should I file PR through SINP and then change the job after two weeks notice period and continue with EE
2) Don't change the job ?
3) Change job give up SINP ?
4) If I change province after PNP what will happen ?

Its a complicated situation but you always try to answer.

Thank you

If you got the ITA without SINP - I would just do the express entry application and not file the PNP application.

I got ITA without SINP.
Everyone says EE don't ask for missing documents they just reject the application. Is it better to keep SINP at the cost of good job? I am so confused.

Thank you for your reply

Yes, that is generally the case. Submit a complete application and it isnt a problem.

Certainly the quickest route is EE.

Sorry for too many questions.

Do I need to add new employment after ITA? I am not collecting point for that
