yes, it is totally fine For my case, my drivers license and health card was printed on same ID thus I used my passport + drivers license. It means i made copy of my passport twice: One for the biographical pages of the passport section and second for the two pieces of ID section.
Both pieces of identification should show your name and date of birth, one of which must have your photo on it.
Examples include:
a Canadian driver’s licence
a Canadian health insurance card
a copy of the biographical page of your passport/travel document, etc.
If there is information on both sides of your personal identification documents, provide a photocopy of both sides.

Hello guy, i dont have my driving licence. Can I use my passport and health card as two pieces of personal identification?
If so, it means I will use my passport twice. Is it ok?
