Two or more certificates ....

Hello All,

i need an answer plz:

If I have one bachelor degree evaluated as 4 year BA degree by WES and I have one year "8 months exactly" certificate from a designated Canadian college.

what shall i select for my level of education? is it "two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees..."
