I have a small clarification regarding the two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees criteria for express entry CRS Score calculation. If someone has a Bachelor's degree (3 years equivalent of 4 years) and a professional certification (the type you get after taking an exam, which is mandatory for employment in your profession such Cisco CCNA). Does that count as a certificate under this criteria?
