    They don't typically reply from what I heard. They evaluate either it is truly urgent and they can do something about it, in which case you should see yourself ahead of other people. Or they just ignore and throw it into the regular pile. Apparently they get too many urgent processing requests.

    I doubt it very very much unfortunately, the rules for physical presence are very clear and they are very strict. 1095 days in Canada unless you are CAF, Crown Servant, or working for a Canadian Diplomatic Mission (unlikely if you are not a citizen).
