Two or more certificates, diplomas and degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years

hai every one,
I have done my 10 years of schooling
2 years of intermediate education
4 years of a bachelors degree ( all in India )
After that, I studied diploma of management(1 year) and advanced diploma of leadership and management (1 year) in Australia. Finally, after my assessment done by WES, they declared that

Completion of a college-level certificate (one year) and bachelor's
degree (four years) according to Canadian equivalency

In this case am I eligible for two or more certificates, diplomas and degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years.
