Two or More certificates Diploma and degree

Actually, I have A Diploma in Computer Science and Bachelor in Mechanical Engg.

Will it considered under two or more certificates or Canada will consider only major degree(Bachelor in Mechanical)??
Please help me out.

arrange transcripts for both Diploma and BE Mech .

1)There are two or three yr diploma program in Canada as well ... so Diploma will be considered either 2 or 3 year program equivalent
2) Mechanical engineer will be evaluated according their bachelor engineering degree

so you will get ECA for both.

My ICAS report says : Bachelor's degree (four years) and Master's degree (Taught). Does this mean, it will count for Master's degree in the CRS or will it be two or more? What does "taught" really stand for?
