Nothing confirmed as of yet. Possibility of accepting only one of the two submitted applications or rejection of both due to duplicate submissions.

What if i am going to submit with only one account for which i have created my profile? I have not filled the form data for the other account.They will record information for only unique fields like pass port number, CNIC number for which there can be administrative penalty which should not be duplicate but name of two persons can be same.

MIDI has declared they will delete the accounts which are duplicate.

Having duplicate accounts might not be an issue. It might be an issue only if you submit two applications for yourself. So, you should be fine as you are planning to submit only one application.
