Two medical requests- FSW

Hi Seniors,

I have two PR files one under express entry and 2 one was in 2014-FSW, when I did my first medical for my Express Entry my spouse have been diagnose with active TB her treatment in still on under specialist from CIC.
All of sudden I have got another medical request for my 2014_fsw case, which says I have to do medical with in 30 days but my current doctor is denying to do another medical, she says one person can not under go two medicals with in two months.. Don't know what to do.. if I send my previous medical then I am not following CIC medical instructions for 2014 Case.. Please advise what two do

I would suggest you provide the existing medical document generated for EE to CIC and advise them of the current treatment your wife is undergoing. I don't get your point about not following CIC instructions for 2014 case. Your current medical will constitute as upfront medical for your 2014 case also but is bound to get you a fairness letter as your wife is under treatment. Hope this helps.

Hi Sandy;
Doctor said that you cant take re medical just within 2 months or till the 1st medical expires??
Because when i send my wife for 2nd medical since my 1st app was refused,thwy denied and said she cant take 2nd medical unless 1st one is expired or there is request from CIC for re medical.

Can you brief more what doc exactly said??
