Two job in the same NOC simultaneously

Hi all. I'm trying to compute my years of work experience and I have some questions.

First question: I've been a postdoctoral fellow for two years and three months, which is a 40 h/week job. In my country, Brazil, postdocs do not receive salaries they receive scholarships. Does that count as work experience for the Express entry?

In the period I was a postdoctoral fellow I was also employed as a temporary teacher for two different universities. I had a 20h/week job at one university for a year and an 8h/week for another university. Some of these jobs did overlap.

Second question: I know that the maximum number of hours per week is 30 when they are computing work experience. Therefore, the 10 extra hours of my job as a postdoc would not count. However, I wonder if this is also true for different contracts. Can I use these other contracts to calculate work experience because they are from different contracts, or I can't because they overlapped?

Third question: I do have some experience as in teaching assistance internships. These internships were after my graduation, and I was paid, but with scholarships, not salary. Can I use these internships to compute my work experience time?

Fourth question: If I don't know if I will complete the three years of work experience until I submit the form to the pool drawing, but I'm certain I will have the three years by the time I receive the ITA, can I say I have three years work experience? In other words, in which step I will have to prove that I have the three years of work experience.

For reference, all time of work experience was outside Canada.

Thank you all very much.

You need to have been paid wages or commissions to count it as work experience, and can't count more than 30 hours a week no matter how many jobs you had.

You must have completed three years by the date you receive an ITA. You may receive an ITA a month or so beforehand, in which case you would have to decline it and wait until you meet the requirements.
