Anyone from 2008 have two immigration file numbers?

Yes. I have to Imm. File numbers.
First one started with 'B000000...'.
However 2nd one started with 'E00000...'. I can log into ECAS using 2nd one.

Why we have two numbers?

I also have two app numbers, first is working for e status but second doed not working which was provided since one year, against first number my decision was made. What should i do
