Two EE profiles, one as principal applicant and another as dependant, is it possible?

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to be part of 2 EE profiles. My husband is an international student, now on PGWP. I have a WP as his accompanying spouse. We have submitted an EE profile with me as principal applicant because the score was higher. But I'm afraid that if IRCC decides to specifically call international students already in Canada, we could be left out as he is not the principal applicant. So I was planning to open a second EE profile, with him as Princ applicant. I read in the IRCC page that you cannot have 2 EE profiles as principal applicant, but it does not say anything about 2 profiles with a different role. Thanks for your advice!
