Two different job titles

Hi Guys,

I am applying for my PR through CEC. In terms of employment, I am a Financial Services Representative and also Investment Consultant at the same time. Even on my business card I have each title on one side of my business cards. So when filling up the form regarding the employment how do I a go about doing that? Should I put only one, or both. If both, how do I do that? Investment Consultant is NOC 1112, and FSR is both 1114 or 61..

My second question is that, I talked to someone at CIC Help Line, and I was told that, for employment confirmation letter I can get it from my manager it does not have to be from the HR. Is that true? (The rep did sound like he is new).

Thank you so much,

You need to look for the job duties which match yours. If both match, you need to disclose them.

Cic centre is right, it us not necessary to be signed by HR.

the letter "must be signed by the responsible officer/supervisor." So, yes, your manager can write/sign it.

Thank you so much for your replies guys. However, I am still confused about this two job title, and let me rephrase and ask the question again;

Some facts: so I have two job titles 1. Investment Consultant (IC), and 2. Financial Services Rep. (FSR). NOC code for IC is acceptable under Canadian experience class whereas FSR is not. IC is through TD Investment Services whereas FSR is TD Canada Trust.

So here where the conflict arises, I can separately put these titles down on form IMM0008E (Economic Classes Schedule 8). But if I do that, on Schedule A background / Declaration under 8. Personal History i am only given one section to put my employer's name.. If I put TD investment Services the other one is left out and vice versa. Should I just say I work for TD Bank Financial Group?

Any help is appreciated, thank you!

I don't understand why this is a conflict. You list each position on a separate line. Doesn't matter if they overlap in terms of time period...
