Last Wednesday I used the web form to uploaded additional supporting docs to my ee profile. Today I got two completely different email replies in 40minutes.
first one:
We are pleased to confirm the reception of the following document:
After 40 minutes, I got another email from a different agent:
We have received your enquiry regarding the addition of a document to your application. However, it appears that the document in question was not included with your request.
Does my request successfully transferred to my account? Which one should I believe?
